I worked for BCCS counselling agency in Bromley for two years where I counselled adults on many different issues, and have since been running a private practise in Croydon.

Relationship problems; learning to cope with change after separation or divorce; anxiety disorders; low self-esteem; bereavement and stress; parenting issues.

I am trained as a person-centred therapist and my philosophy is that you as the client are the 'expert' in your own unique world, and that I am solely there to support you and enable you to find your own answers. I can offer support by being unjudgemental, being open and honest, and more than anything, offering a caring and safe environment where you can unravel and explore your thoughts and feelings to someone who will listen, be unopinionated, and will be there for you to find your own unique answers in a confidential setting.
